"Because of your browser security settings, the editor is not able to access your clipboard data directly. You are required to paste it again in this window. Please paste inside the following box using the keyboard (Ctrl+V)"
It not allow you to copy and paste when editing post,this problem happened on part of the content rich html post editor such as FCKEditor for WordPress.

According to firefox: To protect users' private information, unprivileged scripts cannot invoke the Cut, Copy, and Paste commands in the Mozilla rich text editor, so the corresponding buttons on the Mozilla Rich Text Editing demo page will not work. To enable these functions for purposes of the demo, you must modify your browser preferences.

Get this Add-ons for Firefox:AllowClipboard Helper
After install the add on ,click on "tools",select "AllowClipboard Helper" to add the allow list.If you are running a local host wordpress, the "server" that add to the list would always be "http://localhost".It should able to solve the problem.
