How to Back Up Your System Font

If you going to in install some new fonts to your window,it's smart to back up you existing font in case of anything happened.For you information ,font problem can be very serious problem and it might course you to Reinstall the entire operating system.WHY? I mean how you gonna FIX those fonts problem when you not even know what the words is??

So back up you fonts:

1. Click Start==>Run==>Type regedit and click OK.

2. Locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts

3. Click File->Export the Fonts registry as a backup. You can save it as backup.reg.

4. In the right panel, delete the items which contains the character "&".

If anything happened to you desktop font system ,just click on the back up files to get your font restore..
